Terry is a real hero. My fuel line fell off a mile down the road from the shop and when I called shortly before they closed he came to my rescue. I am lucky to have had this happen in such a warm and welcoming town. Thank you Terry. Thank you Napa Auto. ❤️

I own a 2013 Kia Soul, and getting the battery out is almost impossible for me. I called Ed's to see when they would be able to check if my issue is the battery out alternator. Diana told me I could bring my car in the very next morning and they would check it and replace the battery if necessary. It was indeed my battery, and Brenden is a gem. He took the extra time to replaced my battery, even though it's such a pain, and was very cordial in answering my questions. Everyone working there are wonderful and they did not talk down to me. I asked about another part for my vehicle, and found out their price options are lower than other auto shops I've spoken with. Fantastic customer service and great prices. Thank you!
