We called many other towing company's which were 1-2 hour waits. John was available the soonest. His price is exactly what I expected for a call at 8pm on a Sunday and it was worth every penny. He was friendly, knowledgable, and took my vehicle to a mechanic shop he personally trusted. If getting towed can be a good experience, it doesn't get better than this.

Got a tow from Mckenzie Automotive and the driver assisted with a simple fix. He put in care to ensure the car was safe to travel. He didn't rip me off for the extra help! If ever in a pinch again, I'd use this service.

Was quoted a flat $247 per hour for towing. I would think that if you're towing it should be by the mile. Silverline towing had better rates, if you're not in a hurry.
