When I was stranded in Woodland mid–road trip, they recognized how vulnerable the situation was and went above and beyond to help me get home quickly and affordably. Aaron and Kayla even offered to personally drive me to local resources or the 40 miles to my home. They evaluated my vehicle promptly and made sure it was safe to drive so I could handle repairs from home. Their integrity and generosity truly stand out.

I have been coming to Reed's Automotive for nearly a year now as a former Oregonian and a loyal customer of an auto mechanic shop in Portland for 25 years that deliberately withheld communicating to me several major repairs that were needed for my 1995 Toyota Tacoma truck. This shop has been the best I’ve ever been to! I brought in my 2014 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X for a heater hose leak, and they went above and beyond. They ordered genuine OE parts, including an updated design that replaces the old plastic fittings with durable aluminum ones. They also performed a complete coolant flush using the proper OE coolant. I really appreciated that they let me use my own high-temp silicone radiator and heater hoses from Z1 Offroad — everything was installed cleanly and looks perfect. My truck is running better than ever. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism, knowledge, and quality work!TV
