Professional thieves or they don’t know anything about trucks Called them with “park brake air low brakes may drag” sign issue There wasn’t any air leak They came and said air dryer is the issue. Gave me a quote for 1800$ I said okay let’s do it. After 2 hrs they called me again and said air dryer is replaced and said air compressor is bad too. I told the mechanic it’s not air compressor issue but he said he is sure 100% percent After a lot of arguing I agreed to replace it cuz I didn’t have another choice (because truck wasn’t building any air) and agreed to pay 4400$ After 2 hrs they called and said it’s done. But when I check with my driver issue was still there, same. So after all that (replacing air dryer and air compressor they just did something and fixed that sign issue) which lasted for 1 day Now same issue ))))) So 4000$ was spent for nothing !!!

I've been here over the years about 4 different times and got my truck repaired def system issue, Turbo, injector now a simple AC compressor replacement. I brought all the parts to the shop and got charged six hours labor at $175 a hour with final bill of $1200 four a simple ac compressor replacement, once I said something about the high bill , he took off one hour of labor and then told me freightliner bills a ac compressor replacement out at six hours. Just feels so wrong to me, but I guess it's my fault for not asking first and trusting my previous experience as such a pleasant one and inexpensive. I should've just asked.
