This place does rip you off and they don't even do it a little or try to hide it. They pay less and don't pay you for the right category. They might pay you for the weight you actually bring in which a lot of places don't but they don't pay you for the category that you actually have. Oh, if you're going to complain about a driver.. don't give the DOT number since thats assigned to the company so every truck is going to have that same number on it. That's useless information. Get the vehicle number (1) or license plate

Helpfully staff when asking them questions. Even when busy with big trucks, got waited on,out of back of carby someone. Never long waiting for service there.

I have been dropping my scrap metal off here for years. Everyone is very helpful. My truck is always quickly unloaded. Many times I will just drop off the metals, I do not always bother with weighing for payment. I appreciate how the company recycles metals instead of dumping them in a landfill. Recently, I replaced all four brake discs on my work truck, I just dropped the old ones off ( probably 60#s). Instead of putting them in the trash. Great location. Easy to get to. Fast to get in and out of. Always lots of activity. You should not let your children out of your vehicle. Professional work environment. Lots of activity. Forklifts buzzing around.
