I’ve been coming here to recycle metals for a while, but lately the experiences have raised serious concerns. On my recent visit, the final weight they gave didn’t match what I recorded. I had photos and videos as proof, and when I calmly pointed out the difference, the man in charge of weighing got defensive and visibly upset. That reaction alone says a lot. This isn’t the first time there’s been a discrepancy. In the past, I’ve noticed money missing from the final payout. It may not seem like a large amount, but it’s the principle. Customers should be treated honestly and fairly. The only positive part was the secretary inside. She was polite, professional, and seemed genuinely embarrassed by the situation. She even suggested waiting for the owner, who she said is more understanding, but I didn’t have time to stay. It’s frustrating to deal with repeated inconsistencies and poor attitudes when all I expect is fairness. I hope the owner takes this seriously and makes sure customers aren’t taken advantage of.

The owner is super nice!!! The best customer service ever, the secretary Marian was very polite and helped my every need... I would recommend djm auto recycling to anyone in need of parts and etc...
