I have a long history with A & W Auto and Truck. At least 30 years, even longer. Over those years I have always admired Willey and his son as top notch mechanics simply because they are just that, top notch mechanical experts. But even beyond that, they have stood the test of time, week in week out. Being a "mechanic" is much more than just removing and replacing components. It is not just seeing problems as problems, but as the gift of knowledge and experience they are. And from every solution accumlatively earned and saved in the mental tool box is there for the next challenge, that seems endless. Over time the wisdom and self satisfaction adds up to a master mechanic, an excellent problem solver, and most importantly good people. Mechanics, master mechanics particularly have my utmost respect and admiration. They have more than earned it. Being a mental mechanic is of the highest order.
