The people today gave me a very hard time i got a few different run arounds i was told that once they got the release form that they would call me to pick up my vehicle, i never got called i had to call 4 times before let it ring waiting for a voice message to leave a message n nope not at all it was a hang up like they hit ignore, anyway the person Mike told me the first time that once he got the release form that he’d call so i can pick up my car, never called so i called the car company and asked them if it was sent cause i hand not gotten called and she said it only takes 10 minutes and it had been almost an hour but she got back on the line n said ok they got the release form but that they w would call in 30 min, never called so i called again and this time it was a women and i explained to her so she put me on hold and i was on hold about 5 min then says that Mike told her that he never said to pick up only that he’d call once he got the form i said no, he said he’d call once he got the form so i can pick up and this was at 2:50 pm and she said he didn’t say that and that anyway the person that has you sign the paper to release the car is gone n she gave me his name charlie’s and he leaves at 2 when i first called was 2:50 pm she did say that my car was there as well so i said ok then i’ll call tomorrow then to pick it up, then she now says you have to make an appointment and i said why didn’t he give me all this information when i first called, so i said ok then make me an appointment, then she says well the person who makes appointments is already gone, i said ok ill call tomorrow then and now i know why you guys are rated 1. and the funny part she said credit acceptance knows how our process is then rudely says and we’re not a 1 star we are a5 star company and hangs up, i think she needs glasses as i see the reviews and i see 3 reviews and two are stars 1 lmbo , i called the car company to tell them what they said and the woman i spoke to said we are a nation wide company so it is highly impossible to know how they run their company we don’t know how they run their company so she said when i call tomorrow and if i’m given a hard time to call them back (credit acceptance) so we’ll see what happens tomorrow, i’m sure charles would be the nice one cause the other two give false information n i wonder how their company is still open cause their horrible. Whew this was the highlight of my evening lol
