Jose was amazing! He took an incredibly stressful situation and added humor to it. I honestly never expected to feel completely reassured and laughing on the side of i5. He was compassionate and made sure we were safe and comfortable as he loaded our car. Also, after following him for over a 100 miles, he's a very courteous driver. I got a flat tire after an appointment and couldn’t remove it myself because of lug nut issues, so I had to get towed. Thankfully, my roadside assistance connected me with Jerry’s Towing. They sent out a tow truck quickly, and the driver was super friendly! I was even able to ride in my car on top of the tow truck with my dog to keep him calm.

They did not notify me of my vehicle being towed and when i went to see my vehicle it was destroyed. Headlights were gone, bumper was hanging on by one bolt, my transmission was in the dirt just hanging and my engine was canted at such a bad angle my motor mounts are all shot. Avoid this place at all cost they are terrible people and can not conduct personnel or professional business. I am filling a lawsuit against this entire shop. Last picturea are what my car looked like before it was towed. These people are thief’s! Stay away from this place at all costs.
