Nice little trailer park came up here for a couple months turned into full time been here 3 years now

Placed a rental application and took over a week to receive a response as to application status. Was supposedly denied due to NO credit history. Plenty of verified monthly income and NO criminal background. They even verified with my current landlord as to excellent payment history of over 2.5yrs paying 2x the amount of the rent they were asking for their unit. I believe I was discriminated against because I have a service animal. I'm surprised their rating isn't lower than what it is. Place was only going to be temporary as it is really not very appealing both appearance wise and managment customer relations skills. In other words the place sucks.

Slum Lords minimal to NO Maintenance!!! Four washers and dryers but only one and a half washers and dryers ever did work,, Except when they did not work for months at a time which is on a regular basis. Don't know last year-decade all four washers and dryers worked. Laundry/ Shower/ Rec Room has flooded for years-decades and is a mess not counting scary electrically. But the whole place is so past updating it is a miracle someone hasn't been hurt or worse along with the whole place not burning down yet from old faulty electric etc issues. Sadly with a facelift and Managers who did their jobs and/ or cared, it could be a cute trailer park. Until then it is a disaster that's happened and will continue to happen. No thank you on this place!!!
