My name is Patrick Hannon. My father Richard Hannon and my Stepmother Linda Hannon have passed away and left me a mobile home in their will in the Haciendas de Valencia . Eileen in the front office has been amazing. Outstanding customer service she has gone above and beyond helping me with these trying times while I fly or drive back and forth from California to Mesa Arizona to fix up my Mobile Home to hopefully live there soon . I can not thank her enough for her hard work and communication. Rick in maintenance is amazing as well, if you need something done he takes care of it immediately.

Very much like living in this park. Management is very consistent. What goes for one goes for all it wasn’t like that when I first moved in so this is a welcome change.

I'm. Adding to my review.You have all these residents to bring all their family members and takeover . the back pool.There's probably 25 people with kids in that pool right now.You tell the office?They just say there's nothing we can do about it.This is not an apartment complex.This is a 55 plus park 7/19/25. The water is always getting shut down. Space rent keeps going up. They never do anything in the park to raise the rent, the new office manager is the worst.
