TL;DR- if you're looking for an honest trustworthy shop, stop looking because you found it! Wow! What an amazing experience. I was looking at a used diesel bus that was for sale down in Tucson. I needed someone local to take a look at it since I was 1500 mi away. After 5 minutes on the phone with these folks I knew I had found someone trustworthy. We talked through what I needed, and they were able to set everything up with the seller for me. Not only did I get a written response to all of my questions about the vehicle, I also received 20 photos that showed me everything that they looked at - including the screen shots of the scan tool showing the codes they pulled. They even answered my follow-up questions on the phone and by text. I'm very impressed. In this day and age it's a challenge to find someone who does what they say. I will definitely be working with these folks again! And, their inspection fee was more than reasonable. 10 Stars!

Tried a new Diesel mechanic closer to the eastside and found Diesel Chaser Truck in the 85710. Had an AC issue and spoke with Eddie. Great guy, easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Thanks Eddie we will come back.
