My right headlight didn't work and it wasn't the bulb. Skip said the right side was fried. He could replace it but for the headlights to look the same he felt I should replace the whole assembly. The first time I drove at night I realized, even though the low beams were on, I couldn't see in front of me. Facing a wall the beam wouldn't go high enough to get above a wheelbarrow tire. Obviously, Skip didn't test it before giving my car back, even though having it for almost a week. I called & took it back. He adjusted it. Again, it wasn't tested because nothing changed. I took it back again. I asked if he could have gotten the wrong assembly. Skip said they plugged in, they fit, he adjusted them as high as they would go - nothing more he could do. It appears Auto Works didn't use the original factory headlights and never tested them to be sure they worked properly. So, I lost the money for the repair and I still can't drive at night - unless I use "high beams". Ticket ??

Skip is my favorite mechanic ever. I fully trust him to work on all my vehicles. He is fast, dependable, and very friendly. I highly recommend Auto Works. Also, I got a great deal on a new pair of tires. :)
