If you’re reading reviews because your car was just damaged and you have no idea who to trust, stop searching and go to Car Pro Auto Body!! It is so hard to find honest, trustworthy people in the car industry, and the team at Car Pro truly went above and beyond to help us during a really stressful situation. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone in my life! My boyfriend and I were devastated when our car was damaged and honestly didn’t know where to turn. When we called other body shops, many wouldn’t even give us an hourly rate, some quoted huge estimates without even looking at photos of the car, and one even tried to immediately connect us with a law firm instead of helping with the repair. We were incredibly fortunate that a mechanic recommended Car Pro. Nick answered the phone outside of business hours on the weekend and was kind enough to give us their hourly rate and assure us they could get us in on Monday. From there, Curry walked my boyfriend through every step of the process. When my car was towed to the shop, both of them met him personally and gave an honest, transparent breakdown of what to expect. They even worked with us financially to find the best possible option without ever sacrificing the quality of the repairs. I genuinely would not have been able to afford fixing my car and keeping it drivable without their help. Jason kept us updated throughout every stage of the process and gave a detailed walkthrough of all the amazing work when I came to pick up the car. It’s clear this team has a real passion for what they do and truly wants to bring some light to the difficult situations their customers come in with. Even Curry’s wife met us when we picked up the car and was incredibly sweet! You can really tell this is a family operation that genuinely cares about people and understands their customers have families and responsibilities too! Curry is also a car broker, and I will absolutely be coming back to them for any future car needs. When I’m ready to buy my next vehicle, I will definitely be reaching out to him. As a young woman, buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re dodging scams left and right, so it’s incredibly comforting to know I now have someone I trust. I’m truly so grateful for their help, flexibility, and compassion, and I cannot recommend them enough!! Endless thanks to the Car Pro team!!!

I recently hired this shop to install a spoiler on my 2024 Mustang GT, which I had purchased just two weeks prior. I was quoted $200 for the job, which should have taken a competent technician approximately two hours to complete. However, their team spent four hours on the initial installation and still failed to align the spoiler correctly. They then spent an additional four hours attempting to fix it, yet the final result was worse. Before seeing the quality of their work, I was informed that the final cost would be $240. I didn’t raise any concerns at the time, as I was eager to complete the modification and assumed the extra $40 was a minor issue. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a costly mistake. To my disappointment, the spoiler was visibly misaligned, with noticeable gaps on all three sides. It was not seated properly on the trunk, which was immediately apparent. When I addressed the issue, I was met with nothing more than a simple "Sorry." After yet another four hours of waiting, the situation worsened. The panels at the edge of my trunk no longer sat flush, and the installer claimed that double-sided tape would fix the issue — instructing me to simply hold it down for a few minutes as he applied pressure. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The quality of work was unacceptable, and the lack of accountability was even more disappointing. The owner demonstrated neither professionalism nor integrity, and attempted to deflect blame onto me — the paying customer. A word of advice: Take pride in your work and take responsibility when things go wrong. Blaming your clients is no way to build trust or a reputation in this industry.
