I got my 2001 Tahoe totally modernized with BRP Auto Designs! I went in requesting a new touch screen radio that can do Bluetooth, CarPlay and CDs. I also needed all new speakers to replace the stock ones. They made it so easy with a good selection of products. I followed Robert’s expertise and am very happy!

I HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from this shop. There is no honesty. They will try to do everything they can to get every dollar from you. I delt directly with Robert. I ordered from out of town. Communication was terrible right after i placed an order for over $2,000 in product from his shop. When i called him i was expecting an “expert” to help me get the best sound in my jeep. Robert told me i needed 2 12” subs, and convinced me to buy 2 of them and 2 sub boxes for my jeep. I didn’t really care what size the subs were, i just wanted the sound in my jeep to sound good. Yet all i got was disappointment. When i ordered i was told it would be a 2 week time before my order shipped. I never got a call or an email from anyone working here, or Robert, to let me know why my order was delayed. Instead i had to call several times and email several times before getting a response. Finally after 1.5 months my items ship. I was given several excuses about why my order was taking a long time to ship. When the sub boxes, subs, and amps FINALLY come in, i am over the moon and excited to i install them into my jeep. Unfortunately the 12” subs that Robert sold me on and was very insistent would sound great i my jeep didn’t fit the 12” sub boxes i ordered. They hung off the side inviting something unfortunate to happen. Then when we go to install the sub boxes in the jeep, they don’t fit. There is a lip on the 2007 jeep wrangler that was not cut out in the sub box and would not fit like it was “designed” to. After emailing and calling Robert twice a day, we finally got a response 3 days later. When my husband spoke to him he told my husband… “your jeep is made different from any of the other jeeps.” I’m guessing is you go in person. They modify the box to fit your jeep. However ordering from them online shows they have no idea what they are doing when they are designing things to fit your jeep. No matter the year make or model. He also told my husband that i was insisting on 12” subs for my jeep even though he recommended 10” subs for the boxes. This was also a lie and my husband knew me better and didn’t buy a word of it. Robert was gaslighting me at every turn. I would not recommend anyone to this shop after all of the headache we have been through. It’s very frustrating and honestly unprofessional. If they are this terrible over the phone i wouldn’t trust them in person as far as i could throw them. He said he would accept the returns and return the full amount verbally over the phone. Thankfully he did fully refund the items we shipped back. This turned out to be more of a hassle than it was worth. Like i said, in person experiences may be different, however over the phone or online ordered was not a great experience. I guess the positive thing to the situation is that i found out my jeep is super custom and has an extra lip that no one else’s jeep has! ?

Rob is just great. He is actually an artist himself. Very particular and does fabulous workmanship. U can tell he has been doing this a long time. Thank you for my amazing system. I love it. Highly recommend!!!
