This is the most corrupt and unprofessional towing company in Arizona. if there was an option for -5 stars that would be my rating. My vehicle was towed illegally. There was no proper signage, and I was parked between the white lines — my tire was only touching the line because of how the car next to me was parked. They towed my vehicle around 2 AM on a Sunday morning, and when I called, they claimed they were closed until Monday, effectively depriving me of access to my own vehicle, which violates A.R.S. § 28-4847, requiring a towing company to release a vehicle upon request during business hours when charges are disclosed. When I went to pick up the car, I refused to pay for an illegal tow, and they immediately escorted me off the property, demanding proof of ownership. My registration was inside the vehicle, and under A.R.S. § 28-4847, I have the right to access my vehicle for an inventory of personal property — they refused, which is against Arizona law. I then showed digital proof of ownership on my phone, and they claimed it needed to be printed out — a completely made-up rule and not supported by any Arizona statute. After they ignored my calls while I was locked outside their gate, I informed them that I had called the police. Only then did the employee come out and suddenly accept my digital proof of ownership as valid, proving they knew their demands were baseless. This company operates with shady, predatory tactics and zero regard for Arizona towing laws, especially A.R.S. § 28-4847 regarding vehicle release and access to personal property. Legal action is already in motion. Avoid this company at all costs. Refuse to pay for illegal tows. It is against the law for them to not release vehicle without payment

This outfit showed up at the request of an apartment complex to tow a specific vehicle at their complex. Maverick Towing showed up to tow this specific vehicle and towed my car instead. My first day of vacation ruined by a company that should not be allowed to exist and did not care about my concerns whatsoever. No urgency to return my vehicle to me when it was their fault like im the inconvenience to them. When a towing can't tell the difference between make and models of vehicles they shouldn't be in business. Upon getting my car over 2 hours late there was damage which of course the tow truck driver who was the driver who took the wrong said he didn't cause. He didn't care the dispatcher didn't care all most likely criminal running a shady operation. This isn't over.

I don't hate anyone, but who ever owns this company sucks. What a scam this place is. If you have a apartment complex that uses these guys don't rent don't stay long. They prey on anyone to charge $250 per vehicle. Just know they resell the vehicle or scrap it, they'll make money. Had to drive an hr to pick up my payed off truck cuz I parked wrong.
