The clerk was excellent on the phone and when I drove there from far away there was lots of parking. Inside they are Covid-responsible, professional and friendly. They gave me a good map but I still had to ask an employee in the yard for help. I found two suitable vehicles for the part I wanted and easily removed it. The amount was fair and I was back out within 30 minutes. If you're travelling from far there coffee shops and restaurants close by and a Costco with the cheapest gas on the SW coast of BC.

Highly unprofessional staff members. They have no respect of your time. They will wait you infinite time and even when you start talking to them, they will receive a incoming call and let you wait again.The all carrying “dont care” attitude. They have no respect of your time. Even they will call you for another day and on that another day they will say that “we can’t fix it”. They can tell you on very first day, when you dealing with same person on both days.I would not recommend this store to do a business in.
