Here’s an experience for ya! I was specifically dealing with Jan (apologize if the spelling is off) in the parts department. We had ordered a Jeep 2.4l engine, the engine sent had an unknown issue. After calling, Jan had corrected this altercation by immediately sending a replacement at zero cost. Usually this type of customer service is unheard of, Pro Auto understands the importance of their customers needs, as well as the importance of being trustworthy. Finally found the tire rim I was looking for here, and they shipped it from their site in Surrey to their site in Abbotsford (for a fee, of course) so I didn't have to go to Surrey myself. Nigel offered to text so we could work out the details while I was at work and didn't have to tie up my lunch being on the phone. Would definitely use them again!

These guys are great. They pulled an ECM for me for my 2013 GMC Terrain and had it delivered to mechanic. Unfortunately, the ECM didn’t work for my Terrain. I called Calvin and told him it didn’t work. He said no problem just return it and we will give you your money back. Solid!
