We bought a motor from TNT, had some issues & needed TNT to help solve the problem. David & Tim went above & beyond to solve the issue and made the process simple. The motor had to be replaced, no fault of TNT. Turn around time for the replacement was just a couple days. They also talked with our mechanic several times to trouble shoot the 1st motor. I was never dismissed by them as a female on the other end of the phone. I really appreciated that too! I give our experience a 10/10. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I want to start off by thanking these two gentlemen, Luke and Chris. I needed two wheels for my 06' Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were a huge help yesterday and again today when i returned with the core. They were very professional, excellent communications with them while there at the yard, and they made themselves very accessible. It was one of the most pleasurable salvage yard experiences that i have had in my entire 68 years of existence and not to mention how easy it was to move around this huge salvage yard. In other words, Luke and Chris along with all their staff and co-workers made for a very memorable salvage yard experience among the both of the being very busy. The ease in which i was being helped in the salvage yard and in the cashier's area was second to none. I highly recommend Schriever Auto Parts and their employee Lloyd Mitchell, if you ever lock your keys in your vehicle.  Our wait was less than 30 minutes total.  Once Lloyd arrived, he had our vehicle open in a couple minutes.  This was a Sunday afternoon.  Lloyd had such a wonderful attitude and personality.  Service with a smile!  Schriever Auto Parts is blessed to have such a wonderful employee!

Lewis Towing really saved me today.It was a torrential downpour in Louisiana & my Porsche got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon with everyone closed around me. They came to get me within an hour and was so helpful and sweet and calming.My car needed to be towed about 170 miles to Baton Rouge. I had no way to get there with my friend and my service dog. He managed to find a very sweet couple to drive me and my friend and dog to a hotel in Baton Rouge.These people were not only professional in every way possible but compassionate and warm and really sweet people. They flatbedded my car all the way to Baton Rouge in a driving torrential rainstorm & then called me to tell me all was good to put me at ease.You could never ask for a better company & better service. I would recommend anyone to use Jake's Towing. This was my first time having my car towed & I wasn't aware of the process. The gentleman were so nice & courtesy inside the office . It was a nice antique store I was looking for knick knacks, lace, embroidery material I picked up a few things. I left a package there so he was quick to chase us down to where he knew we were going so I thought that was very very kind and considerate of them so I really enjoyed shopping there

Blew a tire on a single axle trailer on a rainy Friday night on I-10. Called many tow companies, but ASAP was the only one willing to come help. Got there quickly. Got me on my way even quicker. Super nice guy, and super helpful company.

Be careful with this place they want you to fill out a credit application for who knows what which I'm not getting anything that has to do with credit I'm paying them right away and they still want you to put a credit application if not they send you things for more money than what it's really registered for buyer beware!!!!!

Just used this towing service to have my dad’s truck brought home. Absolutely outstanding service, reasonably priced and the gentleman driving, Gene, was very professional and courteous. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!
