We bought a motor from TNT, had some issues & needed TNT to help solve the problem. David & Tim went above & beyond to solve the issue and made the process simple. The motor had to be replaced, no fault of TNT. Turn around time for the replacement was just a couple days. They also talked with our mechanic several times to trouble shoot the 1st motor. I was never dismissed by them as a female on the other end of the phone. I really appreciated that too! I give our experience a 10/10. We will definitely be repeat customers.

TNT Auto Parts is INCREDIBLE!!! I spoke with Tim over the phone on Friday and my rear end taillight made it on Tuesday. Big J installed it within 5 minutes and Tim located another part I needed as well. Tim and his crew are excellent and I highly recommend them!

I had a time and a half looking for the 4 parts I really needed for my Suburban, likely because it's a year 2007. Finally, I called a location in Longview and they directed me to TNT Auto Parts and to speak with Tim. Not only did they locate [all 4 parts], but I was able to get them at a much much more affordable price, AND they saved me a trip out of town!
