My car was abandoned on the interstate during hurricane Ida and Jakes towed it for the state troopers. They didn't have power until two weeks after I returned so I was unable to get my car out in a timely fashion, which caused my storage fees to skyrocket. When I arrived to retrieve it, they were absolutely wonderful and waived the storage fees so I could get my car back. Debra was exceptional and absolutely cool, calm and collected in a time that I know was stressful for everyone. Highly Recommend Jakes!!

Chuck really saved my bacon y'all! My poor rv was stuck, 2 whees hanging over a huge ditch culvert, leaning precariously to that side. I was sure it would tip over and/or rip in half! Chuck came out and very gently towed her out of that scary little situation. I was sure it was gonna cost me a fortune, but it didn't!
