Top-notch service from Brandon this morning! Proactive communication right from the start. Showed up in problem-solving mode. Got me over to the dealership and well on my way to gettting out of the jam I found myself in. My Tow Driver Brandon was a joy and pleasure to meet. I was nervous about the situation with my vehicle, but he met me with a positive attitude, and I don't know if he realized it but by him just being kind and showing concern about what was going on with my vehicle, and talking to me, that made me feel at ease. He showed EXCELLENT customer support by being genuinely nice, and able to communicate. I can say that my experience with Brandon was a GREAT one. I believe that there are still some people with a genuine moral humanity for others dealing with problems and issues. Brandon is one of those people.
