Shoutout to Brandon! He was exceptionally professional while towing my truck from Houma to Slidell. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated expertise and care, ensuring everything went smoothly. The truck was in solid condition when I got it back, and it was clear that he took the time to handle it properly every step of the way. His attention to detail and dedication made the experience stress-free. This guy definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding service! Highly recommend him to anyone in need of towing.

Top-notch service from Brandon this morning! Proactive communication right from the start. Showed up in problem-solving mode. Got me over to the dealership and well on my way to gettting out of the jam I found myself in. I received a call from Schriever auto parts and wrecker service and Brandon told me he had a flat to change and would be about 20 minutes or so. He later called and said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. I really was happy to be kept informed as to when he was coming to pick up my car which was not starting at all. He also upon arrival did a check on the battery and told me he thought it was OK as well as the alternator but being I put the call in, it would be better to follow through and have Robichaux Ford check it out this morning He was very pleasant and helped to ease my fears about what may or may not be wrong with my vehicle. This company is definitely lucky to have such a Conscientious employee and I hope they realize it. Would definitely recommend Schriever auto parts and wrecker service to anyone who would need to be towed because of their professional manner in the way they handled my situation
