Our passenger side seat started to rip. I had good luck in the past using local salvage yards for other vehicles. This one was a bit more challenging. I found OK Auto Parts via the Internet and they had the exact seat I needed. Problem was I am 6 hrs away. I called and Donny was awesome in confirming they had it and offered to ship it direct to me. While the shipping was high but reasonable, the seat price was amazing. They shipped it out quickly and what I received was a like new seat. Very well packaged. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will keep them in mind on future projects!

WOW! Customer service at this store is terrific! I walked in to see happy employees welcoming me to the store. Angel greeted me immediately. I made my purchase and Ben offered to put my lugnuts on for me. Nicole came out as well to check the rest and make sure they were all on tight. I definitely recommend this store!

I purchased a gas tank for my guy. I was told it would be off around 10 or 1030. No , when I showed up at 11. They hadn't started and I was told to come back at 1. I made a statement about bad customer service, they got mad and refunded my money. So I guess they do so well that the customer doesn't matter.

They were very friendly and helpful. I know everybody hates the towing company that tows their vehicle if they weren't the ones that called and asked for the tow. But if your vehicle has to get towed, you should hope that E&M Towing is the company on call for that time cause they're very easy to deal with and won't take advantage of you. They allowed me to get things from my vehicle and allowed me to take things off of my vehicle that they did not have to let me get. In fact, I don't think another tow yard in this county would have done for me what E&M allowed me to do. So yeah, I give them four stars all day long. Would have given them five stars but knew it would have gone to one of their driver's head and it was already overinflated as it was.

I wasn’t happy with my experience with tristate and the warranty process. I reached out to them and after explaining why I was upset, they were solved my problems to my satisfaction. I appreciate a business who will stand by their product.

This place has horrible customer service. As a man who works in sales I appreciate good customer service but didnt find any here.I came for a diagnostic on my car and asked the store clerk for help with doing it. He just hands me the diagnostic machine like i know exactly what to do. As he stares at me as if he's ready for me to walk away now... i ask: am I supposed to do it myself? He simply answers, yea!Well i go back to my car, search on youtube how to do a diagnostic, learn where the spot is to check it and finally return just for him to tell me (after plugging in the machine)... is the check engine light on? I say, no. He then looks as if im mentally disabled and says... no codes gonna pop up if the check engine light is off.(maybe that info would have been helpful BEFORE I TAUGHT MYSELF HOW) Then I say well i didnt know that as i shrug my shoulders.He doest say another word to me just stares as i walk off and say... i appreciate it (lying of course) and i get no response.I understand if u get annoyed with a customer if they are acting a type of way... i just merely asked for a diagnostic and he could clearly care less what my needs were. Glad everyone else seems to love the service though maybe he was having a bad day.Thanks DewayneFor absolutely nothing

Went for a random part for my daughter's 03 car (air intake box). Searched 25+ rows of Chevys before I found it. Office staff was only mildly helpful. Pricing was very reasonable!

All I can say is that the lady working in the office was very nice and accommodating. I had to get some personal effects out of my crashed pickup truck and she pleasantly explained where the vehicle was located so that I didn't have to spend undue time hunting for it. Also, I arrived at a time when the guys who work in the vehicle storage area were off-site for lunch and she made a much appreciated effort to grant me access through the locked gates to the storage area.
