They were very friendly and helpful. I know everybody hates the towing company that tows their vehicle if they weren't the ones that called and asked for the tow. But if your vehicle has to get towed, you should hope that E&M Towing is the company on call for that time cause they're very easy to deal with and won't take advantage of you. They allowed me to get things from my vehicle and allowed me to take things off of my vehicle that they did not have to let me get. In fact, I don't think another tow yard in this county would have done for me what E&M allowed me to do. So yeah, I give them four stars all day long. Would have given them five stars but knew it would have gone to one of their driver's head and it was already overinflated as it was.

Most unprofessional immature staff you could ever have the unfortunate pleasure in having to deal with. They illegally tow your vehicle then tell you you can get back just to change his mind cuz I texted him too early in the morning. FTP Service: Car towing

I had a great experience with this company. My husbands truck literally out of now where died in the middle of the road. I called and spoke with the sweetest lady who gave me a price (which was phenomenal) and gave us an estimated time of arrival. The driver showed up on time, was super nice, and professional. He loaded that truck up like a boss 😀 and away he went. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend this company.Service: Special vehicle towing
