All I can say is that the lady working in the office was very nice and accommodating. I had to get some personal effects out of my crashed pickup truck and she pleasantly explained where the vehicle was located so that I didn't have to spend undue time hunting for it. Also, I arrived at a time when the guys who work in the vehicle storage area were off-site for lunch and she made a much appreciated effort to grant me access through the locked gates to the storage area.

They are illegally towing peoples cars from companies, that don’t give them permission to come on job sites. there is no address on card provided you google for address it takes you to a gas station, gas station gives you the location address they using that is also incorrect if you see u-Haul you turn on that side road and continue straight until you see a run down building. Customer service sucks very rude and unprofessional people I would not recommend. They definitely not 24 hours have to wait a certain time to come pick up vehicle definitely not a legit company same as they are in need for money badly. Stay far away from this company for all your needs. DO NOT RECOMMEND

0/10 . Workers are very rude and unprofessional over the phone . Everyone we dealt with had an attitude and was giving us the run around . The young man who was actually there at the window (glasses with short cut) was actually very helpful & speedy . I would not recommend them to anyone .
