If i could select zero stars, i would. Super bad customer service, they want to be modern with automated systems, but don't know how to update it. No one ever answers the phone because the automated system rudely hangs up after telling you to check the website, then you go to the website, and EL PASO is not even on the list, comes to tell you, this business does not belong in the AI community. Do not even waste your time.

$135 drive shaft First one was to short they traded it no hesitation. Only wish they were more helpful on the phone, I came to them last because of distance but once there I found exactly what I needed and great service.

I called them in advance for a part. They told me they had it I said ok great iam on the way to go purchase it. I drove an hour or so to pick up the part.they tell me they have it but they won’t have anyone take it off because they are about to close it was 3:45 when I arrived they close at 5pm what a waste of time and rude people if u don’t want to sell it don’t post it and make people waste their time trying to do business with you! Don’t recommend them at all! Go anywhere else but here also if you want to sell just on eBay then say so and quit posting all over social media that you have parts that you won’t sell to regular walk in customers.

First time calling for a Part. Spoke to Tony, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact parts I needed.Price was great.I would highly recommend.

I went in yesterday to get some parts for my Tahoe. The shop itself is absolutely ideal for any level mechanic! The organization is astounding. The owner does a great job making sure the property is maintained and safe.The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 this go around is because of the interpersonal skills of the owner. While he is meticulous in organizing and cleanliness he lacks interpersonal communication skills needed for nonprofessional mechanics. This makes it very hard for some types of people that aren’t in the mechanic industry daily to do business there. I will say they are definitely working on these skills in the front office now!This is actually my second experience with them. I called when I first moved to the area about a year ago and definitely understood the 1 star reviews were from the lack of tact and not from the shop or products on hand. Because of the interaction I had over the phone I opted to pay more for a new part I needed then and not go there to get the in-person experience I received over the phone.Yesterday I decided I would go fully prepared to get the exact part I needed. I was try to avoid irritating them by being fully prepared because it seemed like they only wanted to help you if you knew exactly what you needed and what it was called. They did not have time to guess with you what you need. It went somewhat smoothly.I was not caught off guard when the owner stereotyped me because I am a female and asked me who took the part off for me multiple times but I stayed calm and told him multiple times it was me.After being allowed into the yard to get the part I needed I decided to ask about a few other parts I needed while I was there. This should have gone smoothly but the pressure of the amount of people triggered the owners ocd to help everyone quickly and he his tact started to take flight again.I was trying to do business and would have walked out spending much more there if he had given me the time and attention I was requesting. I see he is trying so I’m definitely not extremely upset.I also know this industry is male dominated and not many females have the interest in engineering they want added to their plate on top of the numerous other hats we wear as mothers and wives but I happen to love working on my vehicle and have been working on my own vehicles and with friends on their vehicles since I was a teenager. That is why my current Tahoe has 308k miles on it. I work hard to keep it running efficiently.As far as recommending this place: I’d definitely say give them a shot because they probably have the exact part you need…hopefully the owner will continue to improve his social skills. He could benefit greatly by reading (or listening to an audio on YouTube) “How to win friends & influence people” by Dale Carnegie.Then I wouldn’t doubt if all his reviews were updated from 1 star to 4-5 stars. This place has some serious potential once he masters his tact.The picture is of the stereo and the foot petal, parking and traction controls I replaced yesterday using their parts. Everything works great. I was also happy they worked out a decent deal and offered to allow 1 exchange if this part didn’t work. It worked though so everything is all good!Thank you for reading. A little uppity about a phone call that was received. Even though I already paid for the part the counter person told me to take the call outside when it was less than 15 seconds I was on the phone. Point is they already got their money and didn't care about the customer. They may have had the right part and been in Midland but the youngsters that are running the counter now have no respect. I'm disappointed. Would they tell me take it outside if I was trying to get clarification for a part before buying it? I think not. By the way I was the only customer in the store at the time. I guess they're playing games on their computers and stuff is more important to them. This is why I'm dissatisfied. Hopefully in the future they'll work on it.

Quick and easy. The people here at this establishment are very helpful and very efficient. They give the best prices for material and you Cannot ask for a better group of people.

This place has deteriorated in customer service although the outside has a new appearance. They say they offer to pull the part well let tell you about the experience I had today. They sold me a bad battery and although I used my credit card to pay they refused to exchange the battery without the receipt. This is very inconvenient & unprofessional the way they operate the outside. They had me in line for the longest time when the only question was will I need the actual receipt and after 25 mins they told me they would need it. Which it's their bad battery and they mark it. I went to the same person who was so unprofessional it was a shame. He said he needed the receipt even tho he remembered me going just 2 hours prior. This place has people going in and out that are suppose to be working to help but they only send you to go sit or wait in another line. I shouldn't have to go through none of that to verify my purchase when I used my credit card. That is ridiculous. I don't appreciate the attitudes of the females working outside they acted so tired like their job was literally so back breaking when they chose the job. It's not the customers fault if they are being over worked and under paid but today we paid the ultimate price wasting time and gas going back and forth. I wouldn't trust their batteries but now we are stuck with one that's bad until we switch it. This will be the 3rd time going to this raggedy place today. I wouldn't waste my time going here unless you have absolutely no other choice. They have a window fix place there that does a amazing job which is the only reason they earned any stars at all. I definitely won't be coming to get anymore of their broken busted up batteries.

Was having issues with my battery and needed it tested and asked about testing the alternator too... bc they advertise it... the youngster TRYING to assist me was certain they didn't do that... was super inconvenienced to have to exit the store and help and even tried to get others outside to take over the task... they eventually were able to help and did have the parts I needed

Recently bought an axle from this junkyard, and I was impressed with the experience. The place was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. It’s refreshing to see a used auto part junkyard so well-maintained. Highly recommend checking them out for quality parts and great service. Drove over an hour to come out here to pick up a part I was givin a price on. Told they had. Got here and they don't have it. Don't even have the engine that it would have been on. Don't even have a 5.4 from the correct year in stock. Waste of time.

This must be the cleanest junk yard around! I walked past half-a-dozen people not wearing masks in the garage and in front of the store, but when I entered, the man behind the counter (also not wearing a mask) told me I have to wear a mask -- even to go outside to the salvage yard. I can only assume they keep the entire property completely disinfected. Luckily they intercepted me and ran me off before I could contaminate their acres and acres of germ-free salvage. /s
