    Gentleman at the front counter was courteous and helpful. I got my replacement glass for about $20 cheaper than new, online. But. They had it on site! So, after the hassle of trying to order and it being the wrong one, THIS PLACE hooked me up in under 30 minutes. I picked up a better bumper than I had, also. They brought it to my pickup on a forklift! Excellent service! Yes, it's more expensive than a self pull yard.....but ....I didn't have to mess around in the Texas heat and just sat in my truck in the shade! Worth it.I'll be coming back, whenever I make it this far north.

    I wish I can give them negative rating. They charge 25% restocking fee for a product they give you off the shelf. They took over $100 to put back a headlight I bought on the shelf within one week. It’s better to buy it on eBay with free return for a lot less money. Thank god this is my last business with them.

    Never made it out there because the guy on the phone was nice enough to let me know that they only sold the head light assembly and not the wiring harness for the head light assembly which is what I really needed. Saved me a long trip and overall very friendly.

    Just lost future business from me for charging a restocking fee for a part I never picked up. Shame too, because chances were I would have been a regular customer. I've never even heard of a so called restocking fee.

    very inconvenient that no parts are pulled so you have to wait half to a full day for your part.last part i tried to get ended up not being what i needed and never left the building and the workers there complained about restocking fee more than i did when im the one losing money!!! this should be your last option if no salvage yards in midland have what you need

    I went there at 10:30 AM on a Wednesday in order to find a part, and they were closed, gate locked, no note as to why they were closed during the normal business hours listed. They seem pretty unreliable. Another fellow was waiting as well.
