Bought a rack and pinion for my 2018 Honda Accord 2.0 Turbo. He was awesome at answering and responding to all my questions before I even purchased it then once purchased and I received the product it was exactly as described and has shown to me and worked perfectly with my vehicle saved me thousands of dollars!!! I highly recommend using this place regularly. If you need any parts that you can get from them and if I could, I’d give them over 10 stars!!

They listed 2 front seats in mint condition on their site. Drove 4 hours to come to this yard, got there, and then I saw the car and they took the sunroof off so the whole interior was exposed to all elements and the seats were completely ruined and molded. This would have been an unfortunate mistake and I would have understood, however the salesman was still trying to sell me the seats for full price. Their customer service is definitely not great, in person nor over the phone.

I was looking for car parts and called Hwy 6 Auto Salvage hoping to do business locally. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had a few simple questions, but he acted like I was wasting his time. Customer service matters — and this experience made it clear they don't value potential customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others do the same
