I'll personally never use anyone else for my scrap/ metal recycling needs. I've been using this place for years and never once have I had a bad experience. I have learned a lot through the years as what's good/ bad, how to separate metals properly, etc but never a bad experience. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable in their field for sure. Also if they have ever graded something wrong they have humility and will fix it. All in all it's easy, you're nice to them and they are nice back. Lastly they do use multiple languages on site so there is never a barrier there either which is very nice.

Bad communication with the loading in the unloading especially if you have more than one material make sure you keep a good communication and you should be fine people are nice and the prices are good

I drove 60 miles to do business with this company. I waited 15 minutes for service with just one vehicle in front of me. The worker that offered his service could have been a lot more professional. I did not come to listen to your problems. Then I went to the office just to find out that they would not do business with me because I did not have a scrap card for their service. No where on ther web page does it say this. I also phoned in ahead of time and nothing was mentioned about this requirement. I will never do business with bell processing. You just lost a few customers on my behalf. I will recommend anyone else before I do this company.

A Bell Processing Driver exited off the highway, came directly over into my lane (the right side) on the frontage road and almost ran me off the road.

I have been going here for years but not going back after they damaged my truck and i was told it would be taken care of multiple times then when tbere mechanic said he couldnt fix it the owner (Dewayne Bell) wanted me to let them fix it themselves. Was very rude towards the whole situation, ans they still wont give me there insurance so i can get it fixed.

Very easy to deal with. The yard is very clean so you don't have to worry about running material over. Neat and efficient. People are friendly. The non ferrous scale man doesnt talk much but he helps sort out your material so you get the best prices. Overall best yard I have been to in Wichita.
