Address:13426 W Bellfort St, Sugar Land, TX (Zipcode: 77498)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedMy first time here. They were very quick and efficient. They were very nice at the front desk. I went for a replacement part, which they had pulled in less than 10 minutes. They offer very good pricing for parts. The only downside is that they are a bit far from me. And, the time of day I went, there was a lot of traffic on hwy 6. Thank you all for your hard and honest work.

Address:6400 River Rd, Amarillo, TX (Zipcode: 79108)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedNeeded to repair my exhaust on my Harley to make it home on a road trip. The owner was willing to help out loan tool's and have me some stuff for repairs. Nothing but a handshake and be safe and hope you make it home. Hard to find good people anymore but made my day and me and my family really appreciate it. Thank you very much.
Just got my horns from them. They worked! Staff was fast and super sweet. Will definitely be back if I need anything else!

Address:5545 Goodwin Ln, New Braunfels, TX (Zipcode: 78130)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThis place is awful. First off, it is NOT a pick-n-pull. You tell them what they want, and they can source it locally or from another of their yards. That's not a complaint, just be aware you can't see the parts yourself before they offer them to you. You also have to pay in full before they pull the part, but they do offer you a full refund if you refuse the part, which is nice. More on that later. I asked for a glove box for my Tahoe. The first one that arrived looked like it was in a fire. Rusted, the plastic was completely discolored, basically unusable despite their rating of "A". I refused it. They offered to get me another one, this time from Dallas, so I'd have to wait. I agreed, although they'd already wasted my time and gas so far. It took almost a week, and this next one looked like it had been dragged through a bunch of gravel. It was scratched up horribly on the outside. I was extremely pissed off by this place wasting my time and money at this point. What idiot selected these parts and thought "Oh, he'll love this part. Looks great."?! I demanded a refund. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for. It didn't take these morons that long to process my payment... After waiting for 3 weeks and nearly forgetting about it, I called them back to ask why the hell my refund hadn't been processed. They gave me the runaround until I was able to leave a message with their "accountant", and finally I received my full refund. What a mess. I will never come back here. I've been to plenty of LKQ pick-n-pull yards over the years, and this one (not a real pick-n-pull anyway) was the WORST experience I've had with this company. Avoid this place, go to an actual yard where you can see the parts you're paying for. EDIT: No, I will not contact you. You had many chances to make it right before my review. Now you can just live with it.
Called to see if they had a part for a car and told us they let the last people on the yard at 5:25pm. We got here at 5:19 and they at first didn’t want to let us out. We ended up getting the part but the young girl was rude when checking out and paying for the part. They then locked our actual vehicle in the lot (closed and locked gate). We sat there and waited over 30 minutes to get out. Rude as hell!
Twice, i called for a part and they gave me a date they would have it ready for me to pick up. On the date given to me, i called to confirm my part was ready to be picked up. Both (separate) times, they told me my part was there ready for pick up. I make the drive there only to be told they don't have it and they just pass the blame around. This place is a joke and should not be taken seriously. Avoid this location if you don't want your time wasted.

Address:2410 Beverly Rd, Pasadena, TX (Zipcode: 77503)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedGreat guy to deal with. He is not your typical salvage yard. He has a big inventory and knows his parts. At first you might take him wrong over the phone. I bought a part from him that didn't work. He made sure I got another part that did work. Even after I took the part, he called to make sure I had it installed and it worked. That is the first time any seller was concerned about making sure I had parts that fixed my issue.

Address:1450 FM 6, Nevada, TX (Zipcode: 75173)Phone:Open hours:Open from 09:00 am to 17:00 pmStatus:OpenNO COMPRAN MOTORES DE ESTE LUGAR!!Purchased a ford 4.0 told me it was a good engine, took it home and began to work on it first thing I did was drain the old oil which came out after about a gallon of water came out. Opened up the oil pan and found broken pieces of timing guides. Called back to get it swapped or give my money back and they said no because I Opened the oil pan and I hadn't tried running it. Do not purchase motors from this place. Spent 1k for a hunk of metal
Worst customer service ever. Waited/looked for someone to assist me with about 400 pounds of stainless steel scrap pipe until 11:43, at which time an employee appeared to tell me that they were closed for lunch, at 11:45 to 1PM…& that it said so right on their sign (which I couldn’t read from my house). I wasn’t waiting around for 1 & 1/2 hours so I took my stainless scrap to Dolphin Recycling where I was helped immediately AND was paid 10 cents more per pound than Dawson’s offered. Low ball prices and poor customer service will have me going somewhere else for my scrap metal sales.

Address:14050 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX (Zipcode: 77083)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedDid not have my part even though I called before I went and was told they did. I still give them 4 stars. The guy was so courteous as to give up his own chips and soda, from his lunch, to my grandchild who was growing anxious. He was very nice and welcoming and also gave recommendation on who might have the part. Although I did not get the part I was looking for I would definitely keep them first in mind for parts I may need in the future. Kindness goes a long way in my book.
