Did not have my part even though I called before I went and was told they did. I still give them 4 stars. The guy was so courteous as to give up his own chips and soda, from his lunch, to my grandchild who was growing anxious. He was very nice and welcoming and also gave recommendation on who might have the part. Although I did not get the part I was looking for I would definitely keep them first in mind for parts I may need in the future. Kindness goes a long way in my book.

I needed a rim and I got one for a good price and I’m so thankful for the price cuz rims aren’t cheap. They also referred me to Edgar next door and his tire shop got me new tires. They also put air in my other tires and my car is driving great. The best businesses and nice people.

Service was friendly and fast. Bought a used alternator. Price was nice, saved me a lot of money. Part was really dirty though, which made me a bit dubious... But! The part works just fine. I am satisfied with the service I received.

We bought a part from this place not even 24 hours ago and we come back to return it and the guy sayin it’s not his part so he can’t refund it but he can exchange it. How can you exchange but not refund if it ain even your part?? Very bad service. The same guy that’s saying the part isn’t his is the same one that gave us the part. How do you not remember what you sold us? He tells us all his parts are marked but isn’t it possible you forgot to mark this one? All he kept saying is it has to be a yellow mark on it. Even though he was the one that sold it to us just yesterday smh. I’ll never buy parts here again.

I call the guy if he has a 2013 elantra rear bumper he said that his system has the elantra car which is sliver color which i want it i told him can he check if the bumper has a damage he i can't do that you will have to come in so i drive their 20 minutes the guy took me to the whole elantra car but it has no bumper i was very disappointing the i was talking to him and he was lying about the bumper to me so i left i will never come back

It’s a good place to get parts for newer cars but their prices are mostly expensive than newer parts from dealers and their staff don’t care about the prices compared to dealers and other salvage/junk yards bcoz it’s family owned/operated .They even prefer to trash their parts than selling it for a reasonable price to customers. Their parts is the most expensive in southwest Houston. It’s better for customers to compare prices with dealers especially on minor parts. I will advise people to check superstar auto parts/plaza#2/manuel auto parts/ A plus, before buying. I hope they improve.

This company sells auto parts from flooded cars. I would be careful using them. I bought two transmissions and both transmissions were bad. What are the chances? I can tell you. With them, it is high. There are better salvage yards that will treat you better. I am still fighting to get my money back. Life is too short to deal with this unprofessional business.

was looking for a radiator reservoir. autozone sold it for like $70 brand new but aftermarket . i know this is a junk yard and parts are used but i rather spend $30 and get an original part even if its all dirty. part worked fine, i was in an out fast. BRING CASH!!!!!! they usually work with you if you bring cash and they wont charge taxes

I don't recommend this place to anybody I was calling for a transmission for a Chevy 2500 4x4 then Victor said he didn't have it. But he can get mine's rebuilt so I said okay, he sent this man named Thomas to pick up my transmission and rebuild it. However he did not do a good job on my truck transmission. It was still not shifting correctly and I had to take off the transmission again. He picked it up again to repair it and transmission still was not working for the second time around. So I complained to Victor the sales Rep and now they won't return my money so I have to take legal matters. And I will post a video later on YouTube of the guy that picked up my transmission so nobody else gets ripped off.

This place did not repair a transmission my husband had them pick up to repair. He requested a refund due to their poor performance and they keep lying to him about giving him a refund. He still has not got any reimbursement for all the problem and issues they have caused. So do not get any type of work done here because they do poor performance and they lie.
