Folks don't have patience when they knew it 1st come 1st serve& it's a MAJOR business, so PLEASE be kind to others as one self, I talk with a guy today while in line in this heat, & he gave me an accomplishment & said he's not a hater& had to give me my props about a very nice clean old truck & I thank him...and folks be (NICE TO THE RECEPTIONIST IN THE BOOTH), they're doing only their best by procedures, I'm very appreciativef the place it's a part of my agenda 😊.

Arrived a few minutes after they let the last person in but the lady was real nice when I told her I was a school teacher and had a hard time getting there by closing. Was looking for a 94-97 TBird/Cougar brake light switch clip that broke off under my 95Tbird. Amazing it was there and I cut it off and for $2.25 it was mine. Easy to work with. Friendly people. Arrive early and call ahead to see if they have your car.

Took a very long time to answer the phone. Told me they had a car on the property, but didn't know any details. Need to have a more detailed inventory base to keep customers from having to make long trips just to find out the car isn't the right one or has already been stripped. Highly unprofessional! Website says call for inventory and when you call they say they don't give out inventory, you have to come in person. When I asked the lady why website says to call for inventory, she hung up.
