The reviews had me worried haha Roy is super nice and very knowledgable. Had my part cleaned, inspected, lubed and painted by the time i got there. He has over 50 jeeps and THOUSANDS of parts. Id be surprised if he didnt have what you need. I will being going back for more parts in the future!

The owner Roy is a difficult person to deal with. Called about a part, he said he had it in hand, and was really nice. Called right before I left because I live an hour and a half away, he was extremely rude, and hard to deal with. I showed up at the time he said he would be there, he wasn't there, waited an hour and a half, then left. Came back later only to find out he didn't have the part on hand. It's a shame because this place has a ton of parts. It seemed as if he didn't want to sell his parts.

Its to bad that this app dosent have the possibility to give nagitive stars in its reviews.I wish I had never heard of this pasadena 4x4 parts. The owner and operator Roy Stary.Is so RUDE and DISHONEST.He sold me the wrong part and still refuesed to give me back my money.What ever you do stay far away from this place.

Spoke to Roy on Monday to schedule a pickup for me to buy a $1,000 transfer case on Wednesday. I followed up on him Tuesday to make sure we're still on for Wednesday. When I show up the man isn't even there and didn't bother the slightest to give me a quick phone call letting me know he'll be back. Guess customer service don't matter much to him. Drove from far to come over there mind you. You people that gave him five stars are tripping and must like to be screwed over.

It has been nearly 10 years since my last visit to Pasadena 4x4. Hasn't changed a bit. Same owner, same help. I needed a part that jeep no longer made for my 04 Rubicon. I texted Roy a picture of a VSS sensor and he said, got a believed good used one that you can try before buying. If you have ever been in the auto repair business, you would know that was great help. The Rubicon is fixed and gone.

Had a great experience, I saw the negative reviews so I was a little worried, but went in with an open mind. This guy is just a good Ol boy and has a ton of knowledge about jeeps. Just picked up a rebuilt dana 35 rear end for my jeep and it looks top notch. He likes to talk and you can learn a lot if you listen.

had a pleasant experience. Man is a little slow, but one guy can only take care of one person at a time, so you have to understand that. While I was there he must have taken 15-20 calls while right in the middle of helping several different people. So it is best to go buy and talk in person. He was very helpful for us when it was our turn to be helped. He helped us on a weekend and even a holiday. Price was a little steep but when your looking for rare items you have to expect that. (supply and demand people). He is very knowledgeable about 4X4 and the parts he has. I would recommend and use again in future if needed.

I have known Pasadena 4x4 Salvage owner "Mr. Roy" over 10 years. He is a honorable man very knowledgeable and good at what he does. I have never had any problems doing business with him. All I can say is if Mr. Roy can't fix it... it ain't broke.

Rude a$$ service. Called and couldn’t here nor understand and he caught a attitude. Could be a good place to buy parts but that was enough for me to go elsewhere

Experienced 4x4 parts dealer with RARE parts. He was able to locate a very hard to find tailgate for my antique gladiator truck. Have a thick skin when dealing with him over the phone. But more than friendly in person. As others said if you treat him with respect he's very easy to deal with.
