If I could give ZERO stars to SAMUEL I WOULD. Samuel is a “Collision specialist” referred to me by a family member. If you like getting scammed you came to the right place. He will take your money, ask for more money and NEVER WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. My truck sat there for over a year. When I went to check on it I noticed parts were missing, my truck had been drove through wet concrete(wash out) and that he was using my vehicle to move stuff around the junk yard. Also he paints like he’s never painted before in his life. (Cracks, bubbles, pealing.) If he even decides to work on your vehicle. Owner of the establishment is ok with him scamming people for their hard earned money. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!

This place had a part that I needed. We agreed on price over message. I drove 1 hr 1/2 to get there. When I arrived the guy said he couldn’t sell the part for that price.

I recently visited this business and found a young mexican man taking pictures of his privates behind the scrap metal building.He was a young hispanic male. I felt nervous as a female, I feel this place is not safe for a woman to go get rid of scrap.. Thought it was a scrap metal place not a porn show..

I called and asked if they had a fuel pump for my car. I drove there for an hour and a half to arrive and they told me: you know, we can only remove the spare part tomorrow. The next day I picked up the part and took it to my mechanic. However, she didn't come! although Gary looked at my VIN code! I went there again to return the part but they only refunded me $65 instead of $85!!!! How does is called? Why, due to the incompetence of an employee who cannot find the right spare part, did I have to spend 9 hours on the road and lose 20 dollars?????!!!!!!!!!!

This towing company stole my car from a private residence in Bellmead without the owner of the property knowing. I have reported the car stolen. I have statements from the owner of the home along with two others. I know exactly who sold it, when, and to whom it was purchased by. I bought that car in September 2022 in cash from the life insurance money I got after my dad passed from pancreatic cancer. shortly after buying it I went through hell With the dealership because Less than 30 days after purchasing , it started knocking, and then shortly after it threw a rod. The engine Seized on me while driving 75 miles an hour down the highway. The dealership I bought it from had me dropped from there extra coverage that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. Leaving me with no choice I could not afford the $12,000 to fix the engine after paying 20 grand for the car. So I had to wait. I was finally contacted by Honda informing me that there is a recall on the engine for my 2016 Acura TLX 3.5l v6. I tried for months To contact the owner of the house so I could arrange my car Being towed to an Acura dealership to Have the Engine Replaced. Just to find out that it has been illegally towed and sold To Jose The owner of Jmj. Coincidentally enough This is the second time Jmj Has had possession of my car. Last year in February I had to leave the car In the Walmart parking lot because I was unable to move it anymore And Jmj Isthe company who had it. I Just want my car back. I can finally have the engine fix I barely even got to drive it After purchasing it almost 2 years ago. The car did Have a lien on it I paid that off in April 2023 And have possession of the signed title Along With the key fob. I have tried contacting this company by phone on multiple occasions just to be told by some rude girl that they do not have my car. I am worn out and emotionally exhausted from years of regret and frustration over this whole mess. It blows my mind that a local tow company Would just remove my car without permission or the acknowledgment from the owner of the property whom I had an agreement with. (Car was parked off street next to the house) then have the nerve to tell me that they do not have possession of it.. it didn’t just vanish. Please Jose don’t keep my car from me I’ve been through hell since my dad’s diagnosis and passing. We made plans as to what I should do with life insurance after his death buying that car was at the top. It means more to me than you can imagine & losing it would crush me completely.

An honest place to find a part at. Got to meet Kevin, who helped me with a couple of rims for my 67 Ford tractor. Didn't try to sell me a bag of goods I didn't need. Said he would take them off and give me a call to pickup up. That is what he did. I"ll be back.

My Vehicle was towed there on 19 January 2025. Made an appointment for 21 January 2025 to retrieve my personal property from my Vehicle. I followed their rules. Because it's their ball, their bat, and their field. The Employee that escorted me was very helpful to me. Especially since it was cold because of the snow storm that had passed through. They are business minded and have rules in the cause of safety and security. My Vehicle was locked when I got to it. Which means they take their business seriously. I would use them in the future.

My organization has used the services of Compass for over 5 years for our annual shredding needs. Their prices have remained stable and the service from Matt and his team are stellar. They work with us to pick up our boxes for shred in offices from San Marcos to New Braunfels and always work with our schedule. I could not ask for better service from scheduling to pick up to billing. This is truly a five star organization.

This was an amazing customer service experience! I mean it. Shane was amazing. The product was shipped to Oregon but sent to the billing address rather than the proper shipping address. Shane took on this mistake and solved it like I was his long lost personal friend of something. And all I really was was a little ol' one-time customer 2,000+ miles away needing a car part he had. He was even willing to pay for any added charges himself. Amazing! It's so difficult to find such service in our fast paced world. Shane Williams...you are a standout.

If there was a minus star option I would do it. I will never go to this place again! They treated me like dirt, I bought a truck and they brought it out, when I tried to hook it up they said I couldn't and had to move it immediately, I was only there about 15- 20 minutes total but they threatened to call a tow truck to two the vehicle away, I think they did call one but it didn't get there in time and I left before they could two me. The loader woman was very rude and was very rough on the vehicles. The other guy that came out was also very rude and I believe was giving me the finger as I pulled out. Very disappointed in there customer service. I didn't have any problem in the office, but other than that it was a terrible experience. I have bought hundreds of vehicles from copart so I am not a newbie, there customer service is getting worse and worse!

Never had a problem until today. Took a load in.My ID was out by 1 day.Refuse to pay me. Refuse to re load me. Came back with some one else.Then they payed .But short me 200. So dont want to pay u or pay what owe
