I can only imagine that this is a "front" for something else. I saw the car I needed to get a part of of that they said they didn't have. I told them I could see the car and just wanted to see if the Lap Belt buckle was available. Again, they said that I must be mistaken and the Boss told the man walking me back in spanish, "Keep him away from that car until we take care of it",I asked the young man in spanish, "What did he mean by saying that?" He was very surprised I " Entiendes todo" It made him nervous and when we returned to the shop the owner started to tell the worker why and he told his boss I understand Spanish. Boss told me to go and stay away.

Well, I appreciated the fact that the place is clean and organized, unlike so many of the salvage yards in Houston now and I got the window glass I asked for, but was not offered a receipt. I didn't worry about it. Turns out, the glass wasn't needed and now I'm stuck with the glass because I didn't demand a receipt. Hopefully I can sell it on Ebay or Craigslist before it gets broken.Also, the guy that sold me the glass spoke good English but when I called back I got a guy that barely spoke or understood English. This didn't happen in the past in America.

1st time I called, I tried asking for an item to see if they had it available. Guy kept coughing, and just hung up. I called a second time, and I asked for the item, guy didn't at least pretend to check to see if they had it available, and said they didn't have it. Bad customer service. Forget about sending an email for a quote, cause you'll never hear back from them.

I came to this place and brought an A.C. compressor for my car and when I got it back home it did not fit so the next morning I brought it back for a replacement but they did not have on in stock. I then asked for my money back and they told me that they did not have no money in the building and I have to wait until someone buys something to give me my money back. I have now been waiting for about 2 hours and nothing yet. I never heard of nothing like this in my life and I will NEVER NEVER give this place business again.

Dude that work the front is pretty cool help me out with some tires they didn’t work out in the end and money was refunded with out a problem will definitely return great people

I only have been here twice, because someone has brought me there, and they were looking for a piece for a truck the first time. I was happy that there was someone there to help out with what they were looking for. Because it was a bit hot, and that is why I give it three stars.An this time they were looking for windows, and we were hoping that someone was going to help us out. But no one was oht there to help out, and that is the reason why I give it two stars is because I had went to asked for help, and no one helped out. An the person I was with went to asked for help to get the windows off the vehicle, and they did help out. I think it is really messed up how a good GOD fearing woman could be asking a man for help but doesn't help. An a man could ask for help, and get help. 💁 I'm just saying. An I would have given one star IF they hadn't help out.
