I called to check if my parts were ready to pick up before going and they had said yes. But when I arrived I had to wait another 30 mins because they said they were waiting on the parts.....so I called for nothing and wasted my time there while some were just talking to their friends instead of helping customers. While waiting I heard them ask about my parts/order about 3 times so communication between them is obviously not efficient. After they told me my order was ready and to go to the gate we had to wait even longer, once we went through the gate there was no one waiting and then when a guy came up and asked why we were there and asked for my receipt he was confused and had to go inside and ask again. Found the parts we needed but awful service.

I've been going to Jay's for years. They are always fair, helpful and friendly. Unloading is never an issue compared to other yards.

Save your time and money—TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The staff was rude and unprofessional. We were told they definitely had the item we needed in stock and were asked to wait so they can go get it. After sitting for OVER AN HOUR, they literally yelled across the store, ‘We don’t have it!’—nothing else. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely no respect for our time!! The customer service was horrible! I will never return or recommend this business to anyone. Take your business across the highway instead..

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. No one cares, no one takes any time to explain, or give details of anything you need. You basically have to guess your way through a conversation. Ashley, should not be answering the phone, seems dead inside. one of the worst reps I've ever spoken to on the phone. Zero care. Also, my pick up appointment was scheduled for a day, which I waited ALL day. and called, and was told "oh they can't make it today, it will have to be tomorrow". WAS ANYONE GOING TO CALL ME? NO. I had to do it I can go on and on, but this company, is trash.

They took great care of me, juve made everything alright The price I was given for a part was suspiciously low but hey I went for it, 65$ so I drove an hour to pick it up, upon arrival they tried to say someone on their end made a mistake and were hesitant to give me the escalade brake light at the agreed price, I stayed calm with them, they stayed calm with me they talked amongst each other for a while and within a reasonable amount of time did the right thing. And gave it to me for agreed price no problems here happy customer on his way home, honestly one of the best deals I've ever got

Ordered part online, drove 50 miles 3 days after being told part was ready and they did not have part. Zero communication from online sales. Of course I was charged very promptly and have yet to see a refund or notice of refund.

Been looking for a transmission for our daughter. Found one here, paid up front, was supposed to come back after the pulled the transmission. On my way there They called and changed the price to 800 more than what I already paid. I went and got my money back. They should have honored what they said. I'm contacting the better bureau too and the news. Bad business go elsewhere

Out of all the shady companies out there, I applaud this one for not attempting to hide it. They are unapologetically self serving and have zero interest in providing quality service to retain repeat customers. They’ll tell you straight up, they don’t care. I put a deposit down for some body panels, on a handshake deal to come back in a couple weeks, finish paying and take my parts. One month later, after having to re prioritize my finances, I receive a call demanding I pick the parts up this week or lose my deposit. I was told, by the same person who just called me, if I don’t take the parts my deposit will be refunded. Now I’m told it will not be. This same yard wanted to sell me torn and battered fender liner for 2x retail cost of the same part brand new. Absolutely rude and stand-offish owners. The only respectable person there is the guy who took the parts off the junker for me. Best of luck to y’all, enjoy your dirty hundred bucks. May you find peace and all the money for which your grubby fingers yearn.

Bought alternator he said it was good I installed still did same thing so I took it to reputable mechanic shop they told me it was the alternator.i took it back to him and told him it wasn't good he said he wanted to talk to the mechanic so he called him and verified it wasn't good he than got very rude and his secretary did to they told me he still wasn't going to refund me back the money. They are crooks! Stay away!!!

Help the environment: Get paid for your metal products and Observe how local metals (even automobiles) are .recycled.

They don't take appliances like the last place but at least we still have a place to take our recycles to.

I'm sure these guys are a good company and friendly, just my experience was different. I don't know if he thought I was a scam or he simply fell back asleep. I called around 5:30 AM. Had cash on me, I was stranded in the middle of Perryton and maybe needed his help for maybe 10 minutes. It would have been quick and easy cash in his pocket. But instead I was there 5 hours, nobody showed up. He answered the phone and said he would be a little bit. But he never showed and a trucker passing through was able to help me. I had a tow bar on a truck break and get wedged under neath it. Thank God the trucker had a chain and I was able to get it unstuck myself. I've worked in the towing an recovery business and I understand there are some jobs you just don't want to do. Who knows, it could've been an honest mistake. With everything that went wrong on my trip, it took 2 days to make it from Texas to Montana and it should've taken 16 hours max. 🙃
