I write this to all single women…all the men at this company are willing to tell someone that doesn’t not know anything about cars and sell them parts that dont work and blame it on the person who bought the part….i went in for a transmission after waiting 2 hrs they asked me to look over the part I told them I did not know anything about the part I was buying I did however ask them if it was 100% working I was guaranteed a working transmission. I took my car to a 20 yr veteran mechanic…the mechanic said that once he put the part on it was not working so I took the part back and was told that my mechanic ruined my part and that they would not return any money or give me a new transmission. I spoke with everyone I could talk to and there was no way of making them take responsibility for selling me a non working transmission so I was out 500

Save your time and money—TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! The staff was rude and unprofessional. We were told they definitely had the item we needed in stock and were asked to wait so they can go get it. After sitting for OVER AN HOUR, they literally yelled across the store, ‘We don’t have it!’—nothing else. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely no respect for our time!! The customer service was horrible! I will never return or recommend this business to anyone. Take your business across the highway instead..
