I’ve come and gotten what I’ve needed several times here already. ...but be that as it may. This place needs major improvement!!! Sometimes the desk staff are forgetful about parts requests. The donor car lot is horribly organized, and the wait times for parts are extremely long. Furthermore, you can’t go back into the donor car lot without a parts puller escorting you.I hate being told to “sit down as it’ll be a while before your part is pulled.” I hope you guys there improve.

Rude service by both the clerk and the cashier. Part are in general more expensive than other places. You pay first so if you get tired of waiting you're stuck. Your best bet is to look somewhere else first and leave this place as a last resort. Is always a good idea to call ahead first and if they have your part, ask if they can pull it for you so you don't have to wait so long. Nice big and clean place.

I asked how many miles the axle had on it, he told me that if my car was a 2005 then it should be obvious. At the counter they asked me why I wanted to see the part. I never had that type of treatment under the previous owner

They only give a 2 month guarantee on engine overhaul .Texas law is 1 year .this called Decietfull Trade .It took them 5 months to rebuild motor and did not even put in oil pump the reason I had a rebuild ! It still has rough curb idle but I would rather pay someone else than have these guy work on it again .lDo not go here for rebuild ok

Best place to get quality used parts. Was helped by a gentleman named Lizandro. Amazing salesman! Very knowledgeable and polite. Found us what we needed for our truck when we couldnt find it anywhere else. Great prices too! Thanks Lizandro, we will definitely be back! And we are telling all our friends. :)

If you want parts from here be ready to spend you’re whole day here for some leaf springs and I’ve been waiting 4 hours with no customers here and my parts still not out

So i waited 1:57 minutes then by this time im thinking i would have fixed my car by now if i got a new part so i ask for my money back an brian sales person smiling i got your part this after yard guy took me in a yard car to see a ford he say what u think bout part im like does this look like an infinity so hes lost so i tell Brian does that look like a rotor to you thought you said hub. Ughhhh my go .so i wont shop there anymore

Not happy at all they changed my motor and I had to bring it back and all I get is the runaround they made me wait four days and then they tell me that they have not looked at it yet and all this time I am having to stay in a room at a hotel missing work . Now it is October 28 and my truck is still not working or ready for me to get out. They say they are having trouble changing out the motor it's been four months they're just serwing me around I think they lost my truck
