These people are not beginner friendly. There is not one place to find directions or instructions on how to proceed through the scrap yard. Also everyone makes you feel like you don't belong there or less than smart if you have to ask questions. Not helpful at all. We will stay at our home scrap yard in Milligan Florida. Side note the lady in the office was helpful..

BEWARE! They will give you a quote on the phone then lower it after! He said the catalytic converter wasn’t the original and because I needed to start work I didn’t take the time to look it up. The converter was the original and he lied to try and only offer me $200. I should have just kept the car and found someone else to sell my car to!

I have been selling parts and buying parts for the better part of my life , and I have to say that Brandon is simply one of the best! Honest and has a ton of knowledge , I'm confident every time I order am I am never disappointed. Don't believe me....call him and find out!

The process was difficult to say the least but eventually all worked out. I had multiple conversations with people that do not speak English well and had difficulty finding a person who could or would give me the info I needed to get the vehicle picked up. I asked multiple times when would the vehicle be picked up and kept being told the driver would call an hour before he came. I asked to be notified the day before or several hours before pickup because I needed to make sure I could be there. The driver called me when he arrived at the driveway and then he had to wait for me to come there from another location. It was not easy for me to drop what I was doing and drive there but I did. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and am really glad it is over. It was a stressful process. Very poor customer care.

GREAT customer service! They moved across the street to 715 Reid St. No dangerously cars stacked that we saw like another post suggested. They had the parts we needed. Most nicest ppl! They mentioned they will be moving to St. Augustine possibly late 2022. We traveled from Alachua to get what we needed and will have no problem following them to St. Augustine bc we know the wonderful service and experience we will have just simply getting car parts!Service: Body & Trim
