Roy went above and beyond today by stopping by Thursday instead of waiting until Saturday, the normal yard trash pickup day. We had a big storm last night and Roy was going around with his claw truck helping with cleanup. I had lots of yard trash in bags and piles and he did a fine job picking them up. Not only that, he took the time to chat with me and answer some questions I had.

My children came in town and cleaned up my yard, I called the office for a yard waste pickup, much to my surprise, I heard a truck @ 7am the next morning. Roy the driver, met me and addressed all my questions I had and did an excellent job not to damage my yard, not a blade of grass was touched!!! Waste pro does whatever it takes to keep me happy!!

It is definitely trying (and that is being polite here). With spine fused, I struggle but get my bin and lawn trash streetside on the designated days. Sometimes I find trash bags still in bin, and latest is today when I wanted to get out of drive, but found the pickup broke some lawn trash bags, left that piled in drive and I ended up re-bagging (2 bags) before going out and that was painful. Other times they didn't bother but left note claiming pile of branches was too high (hello .. if that was too high then the person driving truck was 3 ft tall because I measured height of pile and it didn't even get to 30".Waste pro is only provider contracted by city.
