Be very careful with this place. My boyfriend went to buy 2 upper control arms they were asking $160 when you can buy them new for $40each. Unbelievable!!!

Worst place to go I spent over $1,400 on a transmission and engine still didn’t work. I was also told that I needed a new computer because it was a computer issue after I was told it was the engine still didn’t work. I brought the car back several times not only was the car dirty with FAST FOOD and food all in my car . They even took my original windshield wipers and replaced it with old ones with the rubber coming off like I wasn’t supposed to notice .They drove my car around even all the way to Orlando to run errands(this is what the mechanic told me as he was joking with me because he forgot I wasn’t supposed to know). His coworker started speaking to him in Spanish, and then the conversation immediately changed when he realized what he was talking to me about. Every time I brought the car full of gas. It came back on it empty tank with the gas light on. You are better off, going to a real dealership and paying the extra money because they will rip you off. They are horrible people.

We ordered a engine and it was the wrong engine and they said they would pick it up at a specific time we still have engine and out of 1200.00. We keep calling and sometime no answer or we get the run around. Next step is court! Do not spend your money here seem to be a scam!!!!!

My experience with Dover was awesome! Jerry answered the phone and helped me through what I needed to get off of a car. He asked to call me back about availability on the part and called me back very quickly. Payment was a breeze and I received the parts exactly as described and fast, for a reasonable price! Great people, great experience.

These guys are hard to deal with. I bought a 05 Kia Sedona engine from the that was bad and took over a week to replace it even though they had on in stock. now its been 3 weeks of me nonstop calling to have a core picked up and get my $50 back and I cant get anyone to come out to my shop to get it. if your not going to pick up your core don't charge me!

Horrible service I drove a hr to pick up a part after calling 3 days in a row to make sure they had the part I call before driving over to pick up the part was told it’s there only for them to say it’s not there when I got there… it’s was basically never there so they wasted my time & money ! Unprofessional I don’t recommend…
