    I recently took my box truck in for an intermittent transmission problem.Concerned about the quality of service I would receive only because it is such a busy place and compared to all the other trucks there mine was so small.My concerns were soon put to rest by Scott the service mgr., and as it turned out they discovered and fixed the problem.The service dept. turned out to be top notch but for me it was Scott the service manager that makes them a five star shop.Owning a small business myself I have always believed that a business is measured by the quality of their service and the integrity of their employees.Good job guys.Thanks again,Dave

    These are professionals. If I lived in Ocala I would frequent this store for every part I needed for my RV.They were the only store in Florida that had the parts I needed, in stock. Not even the manufacturer had one. What a God send.If you can support the businesses that built this country - you have an obligation to.The big stores can't give you what they don't have. That's time and experience. The most expensive assets that can be obtained.Good Luck guys. Enjoy Hurricane Irma. I'm gone.
