Looking for options to sell my van, listed on Marketplace. One low offer. Decided to look at Cocoa Auto Salvage website to see if they bought vehicles, their website has a Sell Your Car tab. I clicked and the process was amazing. The next morning, I had an offer from Cocoa Auto Salvage, I accepted. Shortly after I received a call from Donna, explaining the process. I sent the required information and shortly after she let me know that Ron the driver was on his way. Communication was great. When Ron arrived, I met him outside. Very friendly, nice tow truck. Very amazing experience.

I've been to Cocoa Auto Salvage a couple of times over the years-I believe in the "drive it til the wheels fall off" mentality. The staff is always polite and they point out the locations of cars like mine so that I can find parts quickly and easily. Prices are good, especially compared to how much everything has gone up in the past couple of years. I recently went there to get a back window for my 2001 Tahoe-I only paid $35.00 when everything I saw online was $55 and up to $220-and that is used! So, til the wheels fall off, I'll be pulling parts at Cocoa Auto Salvage!

He is always such a joy to deal with and always makes me feel like he goes above and beyond with his customer service!

My family has been buying parts from this business since the early 90s . They have always been fair with us and have always been fair about returning parts that didn’t work correctly or that had damage to them . Willy ,one of the salesman in they’re office has more experience than most and has excellent customer service. Also have very good deals on sets of tires . 5/5 would recommend If your fair to them they will be more than fair to you .

I went with my father to gather a couple of parts for his vehicle. The U-Pull-It girl at the front desk was very helpful polite and kind we were able to find the parts that he needed at a very reasonable price. However.. the other portion of their business, the inventory part . You know where they have the parts already pulled from the vehicle and you have to beg to speak to somebody about it and then that person couldn't give two cents about what you need or where it might be and if someone isn't there to go get the part if they don't have it already pulled you're just out of luck. The least amount of customer service possible is what you will get from the inventory part of that business. I suggest if you plan to have a pleasant experience that you go to the U-Pull-It part and not the inventory section.
