After a minor fender bender, my car remained fully operational. However, my insurance company, American Family Connect, insisted that I release the vehicle to Copart for assessment, threatening to withhold my claim payout otherwise. Trusting that my car was in good condition, I agreed and planned to repurchase it as a salvage vehicle. Upon receiving the car back from Copart, I was shocked to find it completely non-operational. Despite replacing the battery, the vehicle wouldn't start and displayed multiple diagnostic codes, including camshaft-related errors. The car, which was once in excellent condition, now resembled a pile of scrap metal. When I contacted Copart, they advised me to file a claim, stating that the process would take three weeks. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel let down by both Copart and American Family Connect for their mishandling of my vehicle. Their actions have resulted in significant inconvenience and financial loss. I definitely advise everyone not to deal with these unprofessional people. Their rough and unprofessional towing caused my engine to be damaged. However i am waiting for the result of my claim, and hopefully, I will come back to this review and tell you the good news

Smith motors sold me a bad transmission, after I had to pay labor to a mechanic to pull my old transmission out to put in this one and then to pull that one back out. Being that I wouldn’t have my car to drive I went ahead and left my car with the mechanic to just repair my old transmission. Smith motors refused to give me a full refund on the bad part that they sold me. They offered a replacement transmission which I did not need anymore, The only other option they offered was a 25% return fee on the broken part they gave me. They sold me a bad part waste my time and my money and come out $135 positive...

They've always had what I need in stock, even odd vehicle specific items. Reasonable prices and they offer a discount to veterans.

They have done right by me. Every time. I use Adam's for parts before many others better prices than most and I don't have to take the part off the vehicle. I bought a engine from them that has been a good one. Turned out to have been rebuilt in 2018. All the other parts I've gotten here have performed great.thanks guys

So I was looking for factory Wheels for my pontiac decided to stop here to see what they had and I saw a nice set of solstice wheels I went inside to find out how much the price was and it wasn't bad was told they would call me when they got them off. I never heard anything back so I tried to call but no answer so I went by again Wheels were still on the car and was told again they would get them off so I waited for a phone call but no one ever called I made another trip and this time the gate was closed during business hours so I sat there for a bit and a guy comes to the gate and I told him my story this was mourning time he said to be back by 2:30 and he would have them waiting. So I went back for the third time and the Wheels were still on the car so again I waited at the gate and the same came back open the gate and said they were taking them off now so I waited for about 25 or 30 minutes but I couldn't stay any longer as I had to return to work he said take my number and call me at 5 which I did he answered and said he was on he way back and he would let me know. I have called twice and no answer! This is the worst customer service I have ever HAD! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Just called to get price on scrap, the lady that answered the phone is incredibly rude. Rude enough to make me hang up and decide not to do business with them. It's not even 9am yet and you answer the phone like I'm bothering you. Incredible!

Buyer beware! Drove 2 hours to this place for an engine. When I seen the engine I was hesitant to buy because of the condition it was in. We finally agreed that if I buy it? I want a warranty in case it’s bad. Based on first impressions of this place, deep down I knew this place would not honor any warranty. The guy at the front desk promised and assured the engine was good. After spending the time and labor to put in the engine to only find out the bottom end is destroyed. Called to speak with the salesman only to get a rude response. People please use your common sense with this place avoid it at all costs.
