No drive-on scale so have to place all metals on scale by hand. The weighing process is hectic and hard to follow. Had a large load of mixed materials and didn’t notice until I got home they left about 12 pounds of insulated copper wire off and a few other weights were noticeably low. Cashier does all calculations by hand and made three different mistakes (all to my disadvantage, of course). I would give 1 star but the copper price was good. Aluminum prices were pathetic.

Absolutely poor service! I called a few days ago to ask about a rear end for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, was told they had plenty. Before making a trip, I decided to call this morning to let them know I was coming and to be sure they had exactly what I needed. Well a guy answered, told him what I needed and quickly he told me I don't have Toyota Tacomas here, I don't deal with them! I tried to explain I just called a few days ago, and was told you had several. He said you must have called someone else!Really? Poor customer service and now I see why other reviews are poor! I would not waste my time with them! Unorganized!

I absolutely love this place... the staff are amazing Heather and Samantha are like family. One time this guy stole my bag and they made sure they went over the cameras and found out who stolen it and I got it back that same day. Again like I said amazing..

Called the guy down the road from this place the other day to get a price on aluminum cans, he said .25 a pound, so I called here and they said .52!!!! BIG difference!! So be careful who you deal with!!

***WARNING**** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Got an ECM from them had a dealer install, doesn't work at all. Called to get a possible exchange due to being an electrical part, she refused set the phone down walked away came back and and hung up. They have not heard the last from me.

Customer service was awful. The manager at this location was rude from the first moment we walked in the store. We didn't appreciate the "That's the way it is. " statement we got several times. And he would not give me the name of his supervisor when I asked. Stark contrast to the friendly and helpful customer service we received at the location in Lightfoot a just a few minutes earlier. We will not be going back to this location. We will go to the friendly location with good customer service in Lightfoot.

Fun place to walk around. In the family for generations. Friendly staff. Liked the Harris-Walz sign. Bring Your Own Measuring Tape. And I don't know why someone said it's small, the place is pretty sprawling, has a warehouse full of glass, etc. One man's trash is another's treasure.
