    Absolutely poor service! I called a few days ago to ask about a rear end for a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, was told they had plenty. Before making a trip, I decided to call this morning to let them know I was coming and to be sure they had exactly what I needed. Well a guy answered, told him what I needed and quickly he told me I don't have Toyota Tacomas here, I don't deal with them! I tried to explain I just called a few days ago, and was told you had several. He said you must have called someone else!Really? Poor customer service and now I see why other reviews are poor! I would not waste my time with them! Unorganized!

    Management staff are disrespectful. Poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. They open and close the business at a moments notice without regard to the operating hours they have posted. The junkyard is not well maintained and dangerous. Worst experience I have ever had as a customer. 1 star is all this facility deserves. If you have any other options, choose the other option.

    This place is awesome. It's sad some don't understand what a you pull junkyard is... No one is going to help you out with more than a finger point in the right direction. It's not rude or bad service, it's just how it works.

    Poorest customer service I have ever seen. I would NEVER recommend them. They could not even get off their backsides to find the parts I needed. Just told me they are outside and to go look through everything to find them myself. Will never go there again. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would.
