Right now Richard has been having my Gold Mercedes in the front of his business in Minneville Rd for 6 months. My car is being car-nap. He won't fix it and continue to lie to me about working on it. My dad drove from Virginia Beach Virginia to look at my car after it had been sitting from 3 months, to see what was wrong with it. 20 minutes later, he figured out that the starter was bad. Told Richard, and he says.. he can fix it with no problem. Richard has not done anything to my car to fix it. That is my car with the chrome rims on it sitting there for all of Woodbridge to see when they ride pass. I now have 3 flat tires, a broken rear view mirror, parts all in the inside of my car, trunk open for months. I'm so hurt and mad. I have missed it on work opportunities, children medical appointments, births, weddings, and funerals. And Richard is the one in JULY who told me to bring my car up there for him to fix. I have parts taken off and even went and tried to work on it myself. Horrible person to do this to anyone, especially a mother with 3 kids.I'm walking to grocery stores and job interviews.

Great traditional junkyard! One of very few left like this. Helpful and got the part I needed in a pinch! I will say it was extremely overpriced for what I got. Very strange setup and clearly only took cash. Call ahead of time.

Total Ripoff!! Wasted 3 hours pulling a mirror, rear window, bottle jack and antenna from 80s/90s Ford trucks.He wanted $300 for the crusty old junk.He wanted $125 for crusty old window$40 for crusty passenger mirror$100 for 1987 351w air bypass valves (junk)$20 for whip antenna that Dennis Carpenter sells for $20 newGuy probably makes up prices on the spot.He also won’t sell certain parts. Save your time. Got to Northern Virginia Auto Recycling in Lorton instead or Stafford Pick a Part or Banks 234z

Great place! Drove from Maryland to buy a car part. JR was super helpful and put up with all of my annoying phone calls. Definitely recommend!

I’ve shopped here before with my dad good customer service just wish they had more variety in cars

Not very friendly at all unfortunately. They have a wide variety of cars and a great selection of vehicles, but acted like they were doing you a favor and that their parts are gold. Wasn't willing to negotiate or do an exchange for a part that cleary didn't work. A horrible experience and would not recommend at all.

A little shady. Not sure if they are selling chopped parts or drugs. People get real quiet when you are near the front. Recommed staying away. They also talk bad about other junk yards and parts suppliers in the area.
