I called to ask for a simple price quote, and instead of receiving a straightforward answer, I was met with suspicion and accused of being a competitor scrapyard. Not only was this unprofessional, but also incredibly rude. As a potential customer, I expected basic courtesy and transparency—not accusations. If this is how they treat inquiries, I can only imagine how they handle actual business. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

No drive-on scale so have to place all metals on scale by hand. The weighing process is hectic and hard to follow. Had a large load of mixed materials and didn’t notice until I got home they left about 12 pounds of insulated copper wire off and a few other weights were noticeably low. Cashier does all calculations by hand and made three different mistakes (all to my disadvantage, of course). I would give 1 star but the copper price was good. Aluminum prices were pathetic.
