It is very unprofessional to tell the customer that the part is ready, and in the end, when the customer meets in person, he finds out that the part is not ready and it takes three hours to get it ready for sale! Are you serious? Bottom line - a waste of time and money to visit this establishment. P.S. If anything, constructive criticism doesn't hurt.

Great customer service, super helpful and patient, along with detail oriented. My car wouldn't start and I needed a battery and alternator replaced. The day I went there I had to call a couple of times with different questions and had more when I got there. I was met with patience, respect and helpful information. Super recommended this place.

Today's 1 star is a sad day. Normally it's a 5 star. But Today's visit is a bad one i got stuck behind a train right next to the shop for over 30 minutes I arrived tools in hand and know exactly what I need and what they had at 4:31 pm 12/10/2024 they told me that they closed up at 4:30.

Dtg is the Worst company to deal with. If you want to sell cans I’d go to twin city metals. I’d take all your other recycling to waste management better people to deal with.

100/10 absolutely fantastic!! Had them come and get an old junk box truck from my place in Mount Vernon. Truck was wedged between 2 buildings with very little to no clearance a James handled it like an absolute master!! No damage to the building truck or anything. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone without question.

Fantastic experience. Called in the morning for a spindle and hub assembly. Mr. Mendoza called me when he had it ready for pick up. Drove up and picked it up. Very clean and courteous operation. Excellent price. Thank you!

Had someone come earlier last week, he was very rude and said they couldn't accept the car for the amount we asked, $1800 so we asked what they could take it for he said he'll have to talk to the rest of them and see so we said okay to let us know. I tried texting again asking but we got no response and it's been a week. The least they could do is give us any type of offer to take the vehicle.

Unreliable tow yard that will tow your vehicle, not be there to release it to you hand then sell it because they see a profit to be made. I want to just take care of my responsibilities but when there is only one person working and they are always in a tow truck you have no option to get your vehicle or pay your bill. This has to be the worst tow company in the valley!

Went to wrecking yard hunting for a wheel and tire so I have a spare for my car. Fair price, good service. I'm no expert... but it all felt cool doing business here. Glad to have a spare. Thanks.

I'd say most of these vehicles don't have anything left to take. They do have a collection of old vehicles but they're pretty picked over. I'd say it's time to clear out to make some room. I do like the vibe here though and it was a fun walk

It is a long wait to be seen at the counter but they were the only ones to have the side view mirror that fit my car. Pick&Pull actually recommended them after they didn't have the part within 500 miles. The girl that helped me was nice and had the other part I was looking for shipped straight to my house. I was hesitant to return after a bad experience my first time with them, waiting an ungodly amount of time to be helped at the desk and being sold a part that was not compatible with my car despite being told it was, this experience was pleasant and all the parts were what I needed. I will be returning.

Pretty fair rates and their system is setup well. Wish the oil and anti freeze turn in was open more but just have to go on Wed or 1 or 3rd Saturday to catch that.

If there were minus stars that is what i would give to rate this company service experience. After trying several waays to call in and talk to a person I was initially only given one option...to provide info for a health monitor device. in hindsight I could probably use that device to monitor my blood pressure when I FINALLY did get a person on the phone. By that time I had heard the "hold" recording about 50 times telling me how LKQ was one stop shopping place for truck parts. I had been on hold for 30 minutes. He asked me if I had an account. I said I was from Terex, a worldwide brand. He told me I didn't have account. I told him I was interested in finding a part for a "truck down critical" and that an account could be established if the part was available. He said he couldn't help me. I told him I was listening to the recorded message while being on hold. He basically told the message was a lie.

Customer service gets 2 stars today 2:30 pm . Just because every time I go to another parts store in Burlington there very nice with spot on cs. I said thanks and she said YEP!? Who says yep , and not have a nice day. Or thank you!
