Customer service gets 2 stars today 2:30 pm . Just because every time I go to another parts store in Burlington there very nice with spot on cs. I said thanks and she said YEP!? Who says yep , and not have a nice day. Or thank you!

O'reilly auto parts is amazing I would I was looking for a wipeout for a Ford 6.8 V10 they were the only ones in 2 to 3 counties that had it it was amazing thank you o'reilly and that is the o'reilly auto parts in sedro Woolley Washington

Always get fast service here. Usually in and out. Employees are usually in a good mood and knowledgeable.

Contacted this location to ask a couple questions. Person I spoke to came off a bit rude. I don't know if it's poor training, poor staffing or poor pay but in general I decided to go to another place nearby for my services. I didn't feel invited or comfortable to come in with hearing a negative attitude on the phone. O'Reilly services are usually great but this location did not seem friendly. Some of us don't know vehicles that well so coming off snooty is just unacceptable.R/A past retail sales manager

I brought in a starter asked for it to be tested. Gentlemen (I use this loosely here) looks up the vehicle grabs the starter and just walks away. Comes back I went to ask questions was quickly cut off. Super rude! Won’t be back. Maybe be cheaper than NAPA buy I’ll pay the extra for the customer service!

None of the employees were wearing masks despite there being a mask mandate. Super dangerous.

VERY GOOD SERVICE!!! I needed new wipers and the young Lady at the register also installed them ( I might add that she did it faster than any mechanic that I have ever seen) this is a great place to get your Auto needs. Again....Thank You

I will not be returning to this place. I walk in to this store for the first time ever to a blonde women (names Carson, I believe is the name I got when I asked) putting on her mascara....at the front desk. Not only that, I walk over with the nice gentleman to go get my oil filter and I see she has loads of amounts of burger King spread all over the counter. THE FRONT COUNTER WHERE THEY ASSIST PEOPLE. Even if we weren't in a pandemic, that is just gross and so unprofessional. If you're going to allow us to not wear masks in your store, atleast respect your customers enough to keep the place clean. Thanks.
