    THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!! I spoke with a fella regarding a hood. He said he had it. I sent a driver up there (200 miles each way), only to get there and be told they had scrapped it! What?!? I have spent over $200.00 in wages and fuel for their mistake! Not happy!!!!

    Completely missed appointments with no advanced warning even though they knew ahead of time they wouldn't be able to make it. Wasted my entire day twice in a row. Horrible customer service and zero concern for other people's time or money.

    This company made an offer to my daughter then canceled appointment. I sat an hour and a half waiting for them with my daughter and when we called to check, she said the guy was 20 mins out. My daughter said the lady couldn't help us as we had to wait so we hung up and waited. They then canceled appointment without us asking to cancel. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist.
